  • They contain unsaturated fats (good for the heart)
  • They have a good fiber content, which helps the proper functioning of the intestinal tract
  • They have many vitamins, especially Vitamin E
  • They are an excellent source of minerals, especially calcium, potassium and magnesium
  • They contain proteins with a wide range of essential amino acids (those that our body is not able to produce)
  • They give a lot of energy without getting you fat, in the quantities indicated by nutritionists
